Full payment and a security deposit are usually payable upon vehicle collection. All prices are quoted in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely by trusted payment providers.

4. Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

At Kingswood Car Hire, it is imperative to conduct a thorough inspection of your vehicle upon collection and report any pre-existing damage right away. A vehicle condition report will be created and signed by you at that time. Please ensure that the vehicle is returned in the same condition, accounting for normal wear and tear. Any new damage will be evaluated, and applicable charges will apply. The vehicle should be returned with the fuel level matching that at collection; otherwise, refueling charges will be incurred. Late returns may lead to additional fees, so please notify us if you expect to return the vehicle late. 5. Insurance and Liability

You will be liable for any damage or loss up to the insurance excess, unless you opt for additional coverage. 7. Restricted Activities
